Daily Objective:
Students will be able to describe the equilibrium present in a reaction, and predict the amounts of reactants and products present at equilibrium.
Bellwork:
For the reaction:
2H2O (g)
↔ 2H2 (g) + O2 (g)
the equilibrium constant (Kc) is equal to 2.4 x 10-5. If 2.5 moles of H2O are placed in a 1.25 L rigid container and the reaction is allowed to reach equilibrium, what will the equilibrium concentrations of all species be in the container?
Daily Plan:
- Equilibrium Group Work
- Equilibrium Practice #2
- HQ: Equilibrium #2 (DUE 1/20 @ 3:00 PM)
Homework:
